Yesterday the lens of the outdoor light above rage door just popped out as I was standing close by? Closer look revealed that the black plastic frame has become brittle and the lens tabs don’t hold anymore.
The light was starting to fail anyway, so no big loss.
Wandering if anyone has a source for replacement outside Newmar?
Thanks

You could try a Prevost but I think a new Newmar for replacement may work well :)

I checked Newmar. The don’t have anything like that.

I installed one of these last year. Works well.

It's crazy but...now that I am trying to make an effort to buy things NOT made in CHINA, I find that 90% of the stuff does not qualify. I checked out the light, thought it a good replacement for my needs, then noticed it's made in the CCP. Well, this will just make "the hunt" more difficult. Nice light though😉

Amazon has a lot of options don't sweat made in the USA. Your unit is made in the USA, good enough for now. Prefer US made hand tools to maintain your unit.

Jim, do you remember if there was a rubber seal for the groove on the RV wall side.
I see there is a channel all around to seal against the wall, but no rubber seal in the box?
Maybe just some silicone will do?

Yes, there is/was a rubber seal. I bought two of them, the seal was missing on one. I may have caused it to fall out when I unpacked them, don't know for sure. I ran a bead of silicone around the base (on both of them) before I secured them to the coach. They worked great for the two years that I owned the coach.
