Sorry for late update. Took it to Freightliner service in Ft Myers. They initially said that the recall had been called off or something to that effect. When I said I don't know about that but I have the various issues related to the recall (brake lights etc) they agreed to fix it under FL warranty which was a month form running out. So far so good.
