We have a motorhome!
We’ll be home tomorrow morning - spending our last night in an RV park outside Houston so we could dump our tanks before going home.
This project was a HUGE undertaking, but it all worked super well! We shipped our orange tow car ahead of us from Houston area, and rendezvoused with it a week later when we flew out to Oregon. (It was way cheaper to ship our toad, and fly ourselves, than drive).
We picked up the Newmar in Oregon, visited with ‘long-lost’ family, then drove through Oregon, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, and alllllll the way back to the Texas Gulf coast., slightly over 3000 miles, counting side trips.
Wonderful vacation - already excitedly making plans for some short trips to introduce our tiny poodle to rv travel.
( we caught a passing jogger to snap this photo in Aspen Grove RV Park in Tremonton, UT - early morning October 1 - sun was rising behind us so we had to hurry with the photo)

Congratulations. May you have many years of trouble free enjoyment and safe travels.

Congrats! I have followed your pursuit of a coach with great interest. Very happy to see it all come together for you!

Trouble-free? A motorhome? ? But we’re grateful that so far, the issues have been minor.

Congratulations on your new rig. Enjoy your travels.

Now that’s a shakedown cruise to brag about! Congratulations!

Congrats!!! The first time in a pusher can be scary for a dog. I sat with our dog with a new toy, and some treats to make it fun for him. It helped to distract him. Judy D
