Ah…just finished a leftover from last nights Pizza Party.

Neapolitan Style…MID’s Pizza Sauce, Basil Infused EVOO, diced Onion, Roasted Garlic, Italian Seasoning…late addition fresh Basil…then when on the block…a drizzle of an Aged Balsamic Vinegar.

We have an UUNI3 w/gas appliance added…and an OONI Koda 16. I love the Koda 16.

Wish someday to build a traditional wood fired oven.
