Now this is real pizza, cooked in a real pizza oven (sans pineapple) ?

I'd have to trade, If Newmar put one of those ovens in a Super C.

I only ask that there is room for my espresso machine as well. Heck a small kegerator would be a nice addition for some trips

We don't use meat or dairy... so, a Marinara Pizza is about as crazy as I go. Haven't added the balsamic glaze drizzle yet on that one. Marinara, Roasted Garlic, Basil, Oregano, EVOO... DRIZZLE of Balsamic Glaze. And Habanaro pepper flakes on mine

Well, After a Pizza making class in Milan I decided we needed a pizza oven. Possibly selling the Bricks&Sticks soon so building an oven was not in the plans - so I opted for this unit. I Had low expectations, and was absolutely surprised - 100% spectacular for any number of tasks, and small enough to think about a slide out in the coach for this summer... If only it had wi-fi so it could signal me when pre-heat is over. I wrote to the the mfg for wi-fi no reply... A bit heavy without a slide out and would only take up ½ of the passenger front bay.

if anyone decides to make build another RV community...make sure the lots have an option for a wood fired Pizza Oven! That's all I'm sayin'. No Pizza Oven...non-starter.
