Howdy, my 2021 Coachman Galleria 24F seems to have two shut off locations. One is near the propane tank at the left rear of the coach behind a black panel that I have to unscrew a bolt to get to the inside. I am not sure if this shuts of ALL propane or just the external propane adapter connection? The other control is on the main control panel inside the coach and is just a on off switch. My question is do both controls need to be on to use the propane stove and heater? New at this.

The on off switch is likely for the water heater. When the gas is on you will turn the water heat on at the switch. As for as I know only one shut off for the gas and it will be at the tank. A picture of the switch may help to figure out.

I wish it was that easy but my heater and water heater are controlled by a different control setup. Thanks though.
