I have recently gotten a 2011 cougar and I’m not sure on how to get the rear bumper pulled out. I took out the pins and for the life of me I can’t get it to move. Am I missing a step?
 
I too have a 2011 Cougar with the pull out bumper. Pulling the pin on each side is all that is needed but I could imagine if it hasn't been pulled out in a while it may be rusted in place... Maybe she just needs a bit of WD-40 and love from a hammer to get things going ;)
