Have called local appliance repair person 3 times, never call back. Finally conned company into sending me a tech manual, so I could fix it myself, then website to order part is down taking payments. Have contractor friend, he cannot find anyone who wants to do any kind of manual labor, so he has stopped doing a lot of things his company used to do. We had some concrete poured for a shed (floor), which had to have a raised lip 1-1.5" high. Tony told concrete fellow, several times, hey, do not forget about that lip needing to be up. Poured one corner level, getting work took 6 weeks, getting chipped out and repoured took another 3 weeks. Ordered shed in Jan, got it installed June 18th, door on shed was bad, and if everything works out, they are coming on October 1, to replace and get it correct. So almost a year, for something as simple as a metal shed. I think our work ethic is gone, it won't affect me much but the young people today are really going to have problems. I sure am glad, I am not now, nor ever will buy another RV, and was thinking about new small pickup but if I do it will be mid next year, and then only if the supply problems are solved/fixed. I won't die of old age, some stupid person on their phone will cross line and head-on me, cell phones are the world biggest death giver asides heartattack. We are sure in trouble now. Fellow was down from PA, on motorcycle trip. Not sure why, but he was turning left, at busy intersection, got hit by car oncoming, killed him, injured his wife, come on people we got to think and do it all the time.
