Re-Upholstered Furniture

Went to Bauer RV Upholstery in Dubuque Iowa today and had our captain chairs and sofa re-upholstered. What an improvement from our flaking, peeling Flexsteel! Lisa Bauer, her son Mason and the entire staff was phenomenal. If you are suffering from your Flexsteel furniture falling apart as ours was contact Bauer to fix your problem. You wont regret it.

I am in the same place as well. No issues with the couch… yet. I wanted to wait until it failed as well before going to Iowa.

We had a local auto/marine upholsterer redo our captains chairs in cloth. The cloth will hold up better than leather and it cost about $1200 for both.

Might as well do it all and get it over with if you plan on keeping the coach. It’s all going to fail, ask me how I know.

The only money I would invest on the couch is a special Sawzall blade to cut in pieces. I would rather sit on an apple box than it.

Would it at least be a reclining apple box? You wouldn’t want to hurt resale value.
