We hope to be at Polson by mid-May and spend the summer there. Hope we can get together while you are there.

I'll check with her and let you know when we'll be there and will get together for sure.

TJ, I got it: We are booked in Polson 8/24-9/7.

We’ll put those dates on our calendar. We plan to be there through September, the good Lord willing and the creek don’t rise. ;) Hopefully, by then this pandemic thing will be easing up. ?

Who else will be there at the same time? Inquiring minds need to know! :)

Yes, this is a long one like last year. Both of which have purpose, last year was more fun, this one has other reasons for me being out west. It takes time to transition from S&B to MH but after a period of time it gets very comfortable and enjoyable. I think it can be a little more draining, this time around for sure due to my commitments but I've learned from some of the fulltimers the longer stays are necessary to avoid burnout. Moving CG's often and traveling wears you down.

After this trip it will go back to my typical "long" trips which are 2-3 months max unless I'm making a trip out west again for either Glacier, Canada, or Alaska. Those are at least two years out from now at the earliest. I really enjoy east coast RVing I've come to learn. Great blend of mountains and beaches. I'm sure the north west will offer great scenery too, I'm done with the south and west for a while.
Probably the most spectacular mountain scenery we have ever seen, even overseas, is the Icefields Parkway between Banff and Jasper, Alberta. You need to get your reservations, as soon as they open them for your time period. We never tire of the Northern Ca., and Oregon coast, just beautiful. I might add that going to western mountain areas is better in early summer, due to increased forest fires later. That is just a personal opinion however. Judy

I'm shooting for next January! :)
