I have this set up now on my RV and tow vehicle. My RV is in Aurora 24 RBS hitch weight 764 GVWR 7764 UVW 5619 CCC2145 From what I understand the bar is rated at 600 do I need to replace the bar or do I have to do the whole system to accommodate my new RV

I would use what I have! If I decide I needed different bars after a trip I would then replace them.

If you set it up properly you will know immediately if it is okay or not. No need to take it for a ride. If you can't set it up to the parameters the manufacturer states then it will not be proper. Every truck, RV or trailer load requires a different setting, read the instructions that come with the hitch. And airbags and extra leafs are not proper. Good luck.
