Refrigerator power on the road

I have a 2025 Palisade 45DS. All my previous Class A coaches supplied power to the refrigerator when unplugged and on the road. Yesterday, we took a short trip and when opening the refrigerator door, the lights inside did not come on. It appears no power to it when disconnected to shore power or generator.
Am I missing something or overlooking something ?

Check that the inverter is on. It may need to be reset.

^^what they said. One of my checks when leaving is that the inverter is on after shore power removed.
