Well our extended service provider Cornerstone helped use with everything. So fast forward, we got the fridge in this past Monday, Tuesday the tech's came out and installed it, Wednesday Martha called Cornerstone and they helped her with what to send them and who to send it to. Today (Saturday) we received a check in the mail from them. Now folks that is service. We do highly recommend Cornerstone as a service provider.
