Hi guys. New member here. I have a 15’ fleeteood lynx travel trailer. I travel a lot in southwest in the fall and winter. It gets pretty windy there at time. My biggest pet peeve with this trailer is that the wind blows my front window cover down. Then I can’t see out the front window. I’ve thought about a few different ideas, but what I’m wondering is if anyone has ever just removed that cover completely? I know it’s designed to prevent rocks or debris from hitting and dpi damage to window glass. But it doesn’t seem like that’s very likely. Someone told me the window is not designed for highway speed snd will blow out. Is this true?
