We used Mattress Insider a few years back on a recommendation from a member here. We have been pleased. We have the Scarsdale, the names have changed but it has inter springs. They also made the length we needed.

John, we are also looking for a new mattress…and are interested in MattressInsider as they cut radius corners, which we need.

How firm is the Scarsdale?
Thanks

We are sleep number at home and it has worked great for us. It has inter springs.
I tried to find a SN but I guess they no longer make RV mattress.
We have used it 5 years now with the longest trip about 2 months and we have no issues.
I do plan to rotate soon, head to foot.

Thanks. How soft was it?

It is soft but we added a topper. That’s the wife. The test is can we rest comfortably long term and it has passed that test for us.
If you go to their web site I think the mattress names may have changed.

Thanks John! That helps. And they do still have a model called the Scarsdale…

Install complete and we are thoroughly pleased.
Folding is a tad tough, but doable thanks to ratchet strap to hold bottom to frame and bungie cord to hold up.
The final proof will be a good night's sleep in slightly less than a month.
So, how do you like the 156.00 mattress after sleeping on it?

Coming from a full wave waterbed at home for the last 47 years, this foam "plush" is way too hard!

If I can find an all foam, 6-8", "Ultra Plush", cooling gel mattress without breaking the bank, I'll give this one away! (Emphasis on the cooling gel--I get hot!)
Nuf said. 😵‍💫

We have sleep number at home(y) also and in our BaRTH Motor Home👌

We had a water bed for years… we really liked it but it got harder to get parts and furniture to go with it.

I refuse to spend $6-700 on a mattress that I cannot even feel.
As for sending it back, that would be quite cumbersome no matter who paid for shipping. Just not worth the trouble!
If you don't like it you don't send it back.. it goes to a local charity

We have a Wilderness Mattress. Montana plush. Really made a difference from the air mattress that came with mh. I wish I would have gotten pillow top .My wife loves it.

I checked Wilderness and all the big players and had questions with them all. Either they would not take a return on a radius corner mattress or ? Why not warranty a wilderness radius corner mattress? They said well its custom. I stated that you are just having us donate it to a shelter or whatever, are shelters that picky, plus you are not taking it as a return to resell so why not warranty it, no answer.
I ordered an rv mattress from Costco. It was like $399 delivered with free returns. Very comfortable Comfort Tech 10" Serene

Costco would be a great option except I need rounded (radius) corners….
