Replacing dining booth

If you decide to replace the booth with table chairs there are several things to consider.
1. If there are seat belts for booth seating you will have to remove the belts and support structure.
2. There could be wiring underneath that will have to be re-routed. Many RV manufactures just lay the wiring on the floor under the booths (Like Mine).
3. Flooring/carpet may not extend all the way to the walls under the booths.

That said we did ours and had to tackle all three, bet we were renovating anyway.
The pictures below show all three issues when we changed. We elected not to have a table and chairs at all and elected for a much larger couch and use folding tables to eat with. You will see how we worked on re-routing the wiring using a channel around the wall

That looks terrific, and comfortable... I’m not sure about the folding table idea working for us.... mayyyybe. It’s an idea.
