Retro 2018 back up camera

I purchased a 189R retro 2018 and would like to put a back up camera on it. Has anyone done this and how do you connect it???

Take a look at the wireless camera/monitor combos on Amazon. They work great, but you have a pretty tall trailer for the signal. Maybe an additional camera antenna moved to the side or top of the trailer would work.
I bought an external antenna for my box trailer inside camera. It is mounted at the front of the trailer.
