Question Rettroband - are they worth it?

I had an interesting exchange with nirvc today about rettroband. I connected with Chuck Lasley at NIRVC and I didn’t know there’s a Rettroband weight limit on the front.

Your tires which are most likely Michelin’s are rated at 10,500lbs per tire if I am not mistaken. So we are really concerned with just the front end and weight of the front axle of the coach. RettroBands are engineered and tested to withstand a sudden release of air and weight drop of up to 30,000lbs.

Second, they recommend replacing the steers if they are close to four years or older as when they reinflate the tire it can “break” the bead.
