Trying to secure a loan for a used roadtrek, the underwriter is trying to use the value as the value of the Chevy savanna van listed on the title, not the actual value of the roadtrek as an RV. Has anyone ever experienced this and if so, what do you do? They are declining it due to insufficient collateral, obviously because the value of a used Chevy van is much less than a used Chevy roadtrek. Why aren’t roadtreks titled as an RV?

Thank you for your time on the phone (X 2). We look forward to working with you.
Let me know when you are ready.
