Hi...new here (see my intro post). Have had my 23 Mallard less than a year and was on the roof inspecting and found what appeared to be bubbles in the factory applied lap sealant. I'm not aware of any leaking yet but found this disturbing. About 7 dime sized bubbles no screw heads underneath. I talked to the service center and the first question asked was am I familiar with using a caulk gun. Sheesh. Found out the roof warranty is only three months, hardly time for it to get rained on. So I bought some dicor and got up there. Trimmed away around the bubbles and dried (yes some were wet underneath) and resealed. I wonder if others have found this problem? Oh and yes I'm familiar with a caulk gun lol.
