I wouldn't call, I'd email and include pictures. It's easy for them to dismiss a chat but seeing those pictures will show this is severe and may inspire them to do something to remedy the situation.

Does anyone have a good Email address that I could use?

Each coach type has their own email, mine is [email protected] so you'd have to find the email for the Essex support team, probably [email protected] - you could always shoot an email there and see what happens. I always put my coach number at the start of the subject such as: 123654: Noise under the hood

Are there any telltale signs that this is happening? Water stains that are visible? If you could catch it early the repair might be within the warranty period. Or better yet repair the cause before major damage.

Getting ready to start reassembling.Seam sealed bulk head in front of Duals.Using marine plywood and stainless belly pan.I’m also installing inner fenders around the duals.Installing Duck bill drains on all the bays. All the other bays also have water in them.Trying to get Newmar to fix those. My local Newmar service center repair guy told me 2015-2018 Newmar’s had this problem. He said they had to reseal new coaches before they could leave the lot.

The wheel well liners are semi truck fenders made by Minimizer company. They have many different sizes .You can buy them online or any big truck dealer/ service center. I paid 235.00 each and fastened them with six 3/8” stainless bolts.Fastened in two places.
