I now have about 2500 miles since having them installed. Really don’t feel any difference which is good but have noticed an increase in PSI rise (additional 5psi) after driving a while. I run 110 psi cold and would get a 18-19 psi increase prior to installing and now get 24-25 psi increase.

Be interested in others that were getting them installed if they notice the same.

Interesting observation, I have noticed that the front tires, which have the Retrobans installed, run about 5-10 degrees F hotter than the rears.
Thought it might be the tire size difference but may be the Retrobans now that you mention it.

Checking weight per tire load, fronts carry twice the load per tire than that of the rears which may have more to do with temperature.

We are having the Red Diamond ones installed at the Spartan factory next month.

Interesting info, will have to monitor on the way back south after the install to see what we get compared to now.

Well, ours were installed today - interesting day at the Spartan Service Center since a Freightliner super c pulled in for service 😊

Was cool to see the sample in the waiting area and how they work if needed.

Ended picking up some magna shade tire covers as well.

As far as the tire pressures discussion goes…

Traveled from Ohio to Charlotte for the installation.
Front tires rose from 120 to 138 for pressure. Outside temp was in the 70s.

Travel to FL after install, yesterday outside temps were in the mid 90s and fronts only rose to 135 pressure from 120 initial.

That being said we also have the new XLine tires installed on the front - replaced when the run flats installed.

So….guess overall I didn’t see much of a change.
