RV insurance for rebuilt titles

Have you purchased an RV with a rebuilt title? In my case, I live in New York State, and Progressive insurance (via Roamly) informs me that they do not insure rebuilt titles. Has anyone successfully insured an RV with a rebuilt title?

I tried USAA (progressive), State Farm and AAA. Nope to all of them.

My independent agent found that Liberty Mutual will do it
