Yeah, I know. We generally hold on to stuff long enough to avoid short terms CG, but the time was right for this one. It was nice, but I really need one with a casita, and building one would have overbuilt the lot. So, onward and upward! :)
 
You have done a nice job highlighting both the features of the lot and the improvements you have made since buying it. The lakefront setting, outdoor kitchen, and rental history make it easier for buyers to understand what sets this site apart. I also think its helpful that anyone planning a purchase from another area can start thinking ahead about things like RV transportation, with options such as FS Premier Transport being part of the overall planning process. I am curious, have you found that most of your rental bookings come from repeat guests, or do you see a steady flow of new visitors discovering the resort each season?
