We're about to embark on a long trip, and we're still looking for a ladder because Bob is fixated on this one that he saw a guy using in a RV park last fall... he thought that was the safest ladder he had ever seen.
He said it was not a homemade job but obviously manufactured, and we can't find anything like it.
With Bob's direction, I drew a picture is best I could. has anyone ever seen one like this? we wish he had asked the guy where he got it.

Buy a stabilizer and cut the top two rungs off.

Safest ladders I have found had someone else's body on them 🙂.
