Sanicon Question

I have a neighbor with a 21 LADP asking for my help with his sanicon. He says the pump started slowing down at the end of pump out session a few days ago on a trip. A few days later he went to dump on another dump out and the motor started and then stopped. He switched to gravity to carry through. It sounds like the motor has gone bad. How hard is it to put in a new motor and is it accessible easily in the plumbing bay? I would think this is fairly straightforward. Asking the Newmar experts here on RVF.
