We had this problem with our 2017. We purchased our coach from Guaranty in Oregon. They have a good dedicated Newmar service set up. They went to bat for us with Newmar, and all our furniture was either re-covered or re-placed. Countrywide Rv Interiors in Junction City did a perfect job. We have not had any issues in the 18 months since. However, I requested that they give me any large pieces of the old fabric. Sun is the enemy. Whenever the coach is not in use, We put down the shades and cover the front seats with the spare saved fabric. When using the coach, and we are in a sunny situation, I place the matching fabric over those front seats. I sadly feel it will happen again, but hopefully not soon. Judy D
