Has anyone replaced the security light on a Newmar? I assume most have the 12" long x about 5" tall oval light? I am wanting to upgrade to a LED light and can't figure out how to get the dern thing loose.

I replaced the bulbs with LED equivalent. Got them from M4 LED Products
Easier than replacing the fixture.
Also replaced the bulbs in the closets with LEDs along with the dock lights.

How do you get the fixture apart to replace the bulb. I have pushed and pried in several places, no joy

Gently squeeze the top and bottom of the lens enough for the little "ears" to clear the fixture.

My son has those on a Phaeton. Interesting

I replaced the bulbs in the security lights with an LED panel (plug in replacement, similar to This) and they are very bright. I installed one of these (MG 1000) at the door and it works so good I was considering using two more for the security lights so if they were powered up, they would work on motion, which would be a plus at some camp sites. They also have a photo cell to shut down during daylight hours.
