So in the process of purchasing our first Destination trailer. Want to have a permanent spot on some land we own so when it's delivered it can go right in place. We already have a well and electrical power near the spot going to a small cabin. We've got the trailer choice down to handful and will make a final decision in next few months. Our intent is to use it during the summer months and hunting season before closing for the winter months.

Looking for advice on the sequencing in the process. Will need to clear some timber and put in a concrete pad large enough for the trailer to stand on. Also put in a septic system to grey and black tanks go direct, plumbing for water and hookup power and internet.

So anyone who's got experience or ideas I'd love to learn what to do and as important, what not to do. Thanks all.
