Yes
We are full timers. Usually in a park a couple of weeks then a day travel to another park. We are getting ready to put the fiver in an outdoor storage ( remaining 3 weeks of May). and in Texas. I am planning on dumping all tanks then adding about 4 gallons water and chemicals to the black tank.

I just sanitized the fresh and it is, currently, drained. Should I leave some in the fresh tank?

I don’t think it matters for the tank or system, but its always nice to have at least some water (10 gals or so) in the tank in case you need it.

Been a vary long time!

I am in favor of storing with half tank of water in black/gray tanks with Ridex added. Not to sanitize but to break down any solids remaining in the tank.

Water in the fresh? Yes with a small amount of added chlorine to increase the amount of free chlorine in the water tank.
