I am wondering if anybody else is annoyed with the video feed of the side cameras staying on for what seems to be 30 seconds after the turn signal is cancelled? I have a 2024 BT Cruiser with a factory installed AVM1209S head unit (and factory installed side and rear cameras) that I use with my smartphone for navigation. I find that delay switching back to the navigation screen very disturbing, especially when I need to know the next step right away.
Has anybody found a way to change the time delay settings? If that isn’t possible, what about having a second monitor where the rearview mirror is and have both sides and the rear video stream on it continuously?
Thank you in advance!
