Slide chain

Don't know about the rest of you but that plastic protective cover chain is constantly breaking when I open the main slide on my Georgetown GT5 motorhome.

Here is my simple solution, a metal guide made from scrap. Test last summer on my 5,000 mile trip. And again this fall.

Hope these pictures give you an idea on the cheap correction.
