My current Atherton slide-in stove top is 21" wide and 3" in height. I'd like to upgrade but am finding more in height than 3". Has anyone replaced theirs and can recommend an upgrade replacement?
 
Is there a height restriction not allowing for > 3" ? What's the issue with a little higher?
 
height is limited by inset to top of countertop. Above 3" would require a filler/spacer between stove and countertop.
 
Certainly doable if you don't find exactly what you're looking for; good luck!
