This is a well-known problem with Newmar slides. The motor mounting bolts need to be checked at least annually. I, personally, pulled every bolt on the slide motors and applied Loctite blue to each one, then re-installed and torqued them.Speaking of slides. Friend has exact same model as we do, he found the bolts on the bedroom slide were a little lose, the took a 1/2 to full turn on them to tighten. Supposedly, NM started putting thread locker on the slide bolts so they would not loosen, I will check mine next time we are camping, and still not sure what I'm looking for.
