Looking for some pointers on adjusting slide outs. My kitchen slide drags on the floor and is tearing up the linoleum. I have to push out on the top of the slide while my wife works the controller to keep the slide from damaging the floor further. I have had it to my local Grand Design dealer and they tell me it is working correctly. Any pointers on how to adjust the slide so it works properly would be greatly appreciated
