Slide out promblems

Hello my name Bill
I was wondering if anyone can help with? My one slide out will not adjust to seal both inside and outside at the same time, I can get either one or the other to seal with adjusting the the up or down on the slide out.

If you have a Schwintek system they get out of sync if not open and closed properly. There are plenty of Lippert YouTube videos showing how to re-sync them back into check.
