Slide trouble on 2022 Compass 23TW

Yesterday while hooked up to 30 amp power with the engine running and parking brake applied when we pushed the slide retract "button" nothing happened. So I turned the engine off, reapplied the parking brake and the slide came in partially and stopped. Turned the engine off and reset the parking brake and the slide came partially in and again stopped. Repeated the above and finally got it all of the way in. Any Idea as to what the trouble is?

Hello, I have a 2022 ford thor gemini 23TW and experiencing same issue with my slide out. Try putting a load on the system such as turning the vehicles headlights on while using the slideout. Sounds crazy but seems to bring the voltage up and is working for me. Hope this helps.
