I have a Lippert #113407 stabilizer jack on the front of my travel trailer. When going up and/or down, the motor (and the jacks) seem to function properly, up until the time the jacks are under load. When they touch the base and begin to take on weight, the motor slowly stalls down to a gradual stop. When inspecting the motor, the springs, brushes, and other components appear to be in good shape. The jacks themselves appear to be straight, not bent. I am clear on the fact that the jacks are not intended to "raise" the trailer, only to stabilize it, which is my intention. Any ideas on what may be causing this along with ideas on how/where to troubleshoot?

You are correct, they are only fr stabilization, not lifting. Sounds to me like it is situation normal.
