So I am perplexed. We picked our unit up in July. Only stayed in it during our drive to Oklahoma and back to SoCal. Picked up in Albuquerque and that was quite an ordeal as they took almost 5 hours to get it ready so our walk through was very quick as the showroom and service center was closed. There was nowhere to get tanks filled as CW propane system was down and there were thunderstorms in area and the local place would not fill with lightning in area. CW guys found a tank that was full and swapped it out for one of mine. First night I went to light stove and it took forever to clear the air and light. Got home end of July and it has been parked since. We are going in a few weeks for a weekend and I have a new Blackstone griddle (that CW comped me because I had to wait so long) and I needed to season it. Connected the 15' hose (straight hose, no external regulator) to exterior hookup and couldn't get any gas to it. Tried the stove inside and it won't light either (no smell of gas at either). The furnace and tankless both work and all are on the same line. What am I missing? There are no shut offs and if the furnace and tankless are getting gas there should not be a problem with the regulator. I shut everything off, disconnected tanks, turned on a burner on the stove with selector set for each tank, turned burner off and then reconnected and very slowly opened the tanks to no avail. Any help or suggestions are welcome. Thanks.
