Suburban water heater intermittent problem

Hello. My name is Ticojesus and I have a 2021 Veracruz 35FWS Class C Renegade. Ok So glad to be able to communicate with other Renegade owners!! I have an intermittent problem trying to start my Suburban water heater with gas. Sometimes it gives me a ‘fault’ signal. On the Network Diagnostics it states it’s an IN8. Does anyone know what that means? The electric portion works fine. Thank you!!!
