almost ready to order superstar 4059. Please give me good/bad experiences or thoughts from any owners

Curious as to why you choose a SuperStar? Do you tow a very heavy trailer?
Nice looking but the SuperStar appears to be a very specific application.
What is the amount of personal belongings, supplies, water etc. carrying capacity?

Thank you for reply. We are brand new to RV life. We have looked at a lot of Class A diesel models and really liked look and build and feel of the Super C class. We will be using weekends. Few trips. Parked at big lake most of summer. Interested in any/all comments on good/bad other recommendations.
Basement definitely smaller than Class A. Has 150 fresh,60 grey, 40 blk. 6,200 lb carry payload, 20,000 lb tow.

Cannot speak to performance, when we picked up our vantana, a couple next to us was trading in the Super C they have from thor, said it was junk always in shop. I would compare holding tanks, fresh water tanks, approximate gross weight, and actualy floor plan length/access before you commit. You can use all the floor plan space in Class A, not sure how the cockpit of super c, lends itself to actual use when parked, big consideration if living space is primary. Remember RV's are about 400 odd sqft of living space, so that is small area to be confined in, and if you lose cockpit area, even smaller. Engine size is for me a major consideration, as the 360 is way underpowered, wish it was 400 at least, the DEF system seems to reduce power for some reason.

I think they are very good looking rigs. When we purchased our 4369 new we looked at a couple super C floorplans but as full timers they seemed too small for our needs.

I suspect there are a couple advantages over having a regular DP though. I am guessing most super C owners don't average breaking a windshield every year, plus when you have your annual maintenance done it might be slightly cheaper and faster.

Thank you to everyone for the comments. They will be put into our decision making. More are always welcome. We are going slow and being arduous.

When comparing, you should look at the Ventana 40' & 43' floor plans. This is the most directly comparable to the Super star, and has a bit larger engine with a bit less towing capacity.

The Ventana is rated to tow 15K lbs, and has 75 grey, 55 black, 105 fresh, 100 fuel capacity.

Those are direct comparisons for build type and features.

These sound high, not what I have.
It improved in 2020
