Thanks, both have a story. My test failed, trying to figure out how to get the picture into the circle and navigate forum. ( technically illiterate)

Welcome @Conman13 - the circle is your avatar and that is all set in your profile area. Click your name on the right side of the toolbar at the top. Many of these features are in the RVF Supporter level which you can find in the account upgrades area. We appreciate your support but restrictions are mainly in place to keep rogue members (spammers) from posting pics they shouldn't be using on the site.
