Thor Chateau awning end cover replacement

Where can I get a replacement Thor Chateau awning end cover replacements?
The plastic end cover plates have cracked and were blow off when driving.
I do not know who made the awnings and I have not found any identification or model numbers on the awning.
Does anyone have any suggestions on obtaining replacement end cover plates?
