Do you think that the ICE will generate enough to run continuously? If so, then I’m all for it.It's the same way locomotives work, really... diesel generators fueling electric motors.
I think having a huge battery bank and the ability to charge it with solar is awesome. You can park for a week, charge up, and travel with little costs some day.
I think it's 20 years pre-mature, but will be the tech of the future at some point.

so, it can produce another 2x 150, assuming it's likely not drained out before starting up. So, it's clearly underpowered. It can produce about 40% of recharge as it goes.
