I have a 2018 1995 bought used. The rear tires have worn drastically from the inside out. The front tires show very little wear. any ideas as to the cause. would like to fix before I replace the tires.

Were the tires rotated before you got it perhaps? I have never heard of REAR tires wearing that way but front tires from misalignments lots.

Since you just acquired it and don’t know the history, I would get the alignment checked on all axles. Then be sure to get axles weighing done so you can set air pressures correctly.

I assume this is a Lance pull behind. (The information that is required for quality answers).

If my assumption is correct, then it is likely your rear axel is bent, or was faulty from the factory.

It can be aligned, but replacement is something that may be less expensive depending on axel design.

Anything from abuse, to a blowout could have caused the axel to bend.

My choice is to replace axles with a heavier axel. Likely your trailer has 3500lbs axles and can be replaced with one rated for 5200lbs without any other modification. That implies you only need to replace the one that is bent. The problem would be lug nut configuration.

I assume you're referring to the tires on the back axle of a tandem rig. If the tires on both axles were replaced at the same time and only the rear tires tires are worn on the inside , but the wear pattern on both left and right tires is similar, it could have been because the hitch was high, placing more of the load onto the back axle ( or the condition was the back axle was overloaded for whatever reason(s), causing that axle to lose it's camber. If the trailer is empty jump under and check that you have similar camber on both axles. There's also the possibilty that your rear axle has lost it's torsion properties, ie., the twisted rubber bands inside the axle have failed.
