I did back in Oct 2023. The company was good to work with, but the install did not go as well. I had them come to my home to change the tires as one of the front tires had a bad bubble in it and I didn't want to drive it anywhere.

The installer was Blacks Tires (I am near Charlotte) and although the technician knew how to change tires, he did not seem to know about to handle the Alcoa aluminum rims on my Ventana. He ended up scratching the outer edges of the rear dually's and the face of the front rims (I did not have him change the tag axel). Luckily i had taken before pictures of the rims so I was able to log a complaint with Motorhometires.com and they did stand behind the problem (for the most part). They paid for one new dually rim and 1/2 of the other (As they said one of them already had pre-existing scratches). The referred me to Blacks tire for the front one as they said they could buff them out. I tried to work with them, but the company they referred me to was about 40+ miles away, so ended up not taking them up on the offer. I figured I would just live with it as they were not as bad as the duallys.

Overall, I really am not angry with MHT as much as I am with the installer. I think the guy who did the work was really a truck tire changer and not familiar with RV rims. If I had to do it again, I would be really sure the guy was aware of how to change the tires on RV and know care for these delicate rims. Also take pics of the rims BEFORE no matter who changes them as it is your word against theirs. I would have also only had them change the front tires and then drive to a shop that worked on RVs to change tires. I ended up at Freightliner for the replacement rims (They did a good job) and at NIRVC Atlanta for the tag axel (They also did a good job).

I hope this helps. If there are any other questions or details, let me know.
Feel free to message me if you would like.
