I would find a plastic male male inline valve. I would send your picture to Newmar parts as they know the coach and pex size. Tell them what you want to do and they may know the exact part to get. I'd get something like the ice maker shutoff valve that's in the basement pex line.

Anyone put a shut off valve on the back of their toilet? What size is the fitting that goes into the toilet? BayStar 3626.

At Lowe's or Home Depot you can buy a Sharkbite valve with the configuration you need. Just cut the line with a knife {it is tough} or a tubing cutter {preferred} and slide the Sharkbite on. No special tools are needed. Now should the toilet flush valve fail, you can shut it off and still have the water system operational.

The valve below is similar to what I used on ours. Just cut 3/4 inch or so from the existing line and insert the valve. You line is shorter than ours so not sure it would fit. Could be possible below the floor as well.

Thanks folks. I am familiar with Sharkbite. I don’t have much room to work with and was hoping for a simple screw on solution, between the current fittings.

I have the same installation and adding a Sharkbite only adds about 1" in total line length. So cut out 1" of line and install the Sharkbite. All dimensions will then be the same. Adding a screw-on solution will take 3" or so and you'll have less area to work.

Oh, it is best to remove the toilet, cover the hole, and do the plumbing work. Much much more comfortable to work with an uncluttered and accessable area. The toilet is likely held in place by 2 bolts. It will go back the same way it came out.
