My 2012 Roadtrek RS Adventurous oil light comes on intermediately when going over 60 mph. Just had oil changed by my mechanic and there is plenty of oil. My oil stick is a red handle, so I checked the oil level with engine oil is warm. I noticed that the oil level is way above the full line. I have a suspicion that there is too much oil causing the light to come on. At least I hope it is not the oil sensor. I tried to use a dip stick oil pump, but the tube doesn't seem to get down into the oil because there seems to be something blocking the tube. Any ideas on how to syphon out the excess oil? Or do I just have to drain the oil by the oil pan plug?
Thanks, in advance.
