Hello, my T314 is 'prepped for solar'. Has anyone installed solar on this or similiar unit? I'd like at least 450 Watts. The company says it will accept a Furrion panel but they won't say if the wiring on the roof is specific to Furrion. Also, I don't want to use the GoPower charge controller. Can I use the existing wiring, if I can find it, with better/more panels?

Get a charge controller that can handle your eventual 450 watts of panels - I'd suggest going with a substantially bigger capacity charge controller for future growth.

Use a multimeter to determine the polarity of the wires coming out of each of your panels. Mark those wires accordingly.

Come up with your own scheme of common connectors to lash this all together with whatever panels and charge controller you ultimately buy. I prefer the red and black Anderson Powerpole connectors - Ebay has it all here.

Make sure you obey the polarity of each connection and check it with your multimeter before making permanent connections.
