Debated posting this but..... if you have a 2015 DS you might want to check.
Talking to a friend today who has a friend that owns a 2015 DS that broke down recently. When being towed to a shop, the location of the generator and hydronic heating system (different locations and hydronic brand today) exhaust systems are located as such that when the front end is lifted, the front axle will destroy both exhausts. Took a month to get parts to replace.
Third source info but maybe good to know? Don't recall reading this before.

good to know, thanks

Uhh...... On my 2013 4318 I would completely disagree. The Gen is about a foot from the front end and when it cycles it is nowhere close to it. As for the Oasis it's pretty much in the middle of the coach no where near near any suspension.
I ran over a truck tire in the middle of the road once, thankfully a rest stop was nearby. Upon inspection it pretty much took out my Oasis exhaust system. When I got home I took it to a muffler shop and was up and running a little while later. No idea how long it would have taken had I ordered parts.

My 2017 was towed 130 miles a couple of years ago with no damage to either system. It does require an experienced tow driver with the right equipment to do it right but it can be done.

He again guys...... the post is titled and concerned the 2015 DS. Not a 2013, 2017 or any other year. Almost sorry I posted

There's a picture of a 2015 DS 4369 showing (check out slide # 54) that the hydronic heater exhaust is in front of the drivers side front wheel. Certainly in a different location than mine... Maybe the above towing issue is just for the 43 ft floor plans? Maybe not? If you have a 2015 DS just you might want to check and I hope it's not an issue.

I understand that the OP stated the coach was a 2015. What I also read was that this story was from a friend of a friend which always raises questions as to the validity of the claim. I just wanted to state that normally the vast majority of coaches can be towed successfully from a personal experience. Just a simple thought on my part and did not think I was hijacking the post.
Now, back to towing a 2015 DS
